Our East Setauket, NY location

Our office is conveniently located at 249 E Main St, Suite 7 in East Setauket, NY, making in-person therapy easily accessible for individuals and families in Stony Brook, Setauket, Smithtown, Port Jefferson, Miller Place, Mount Sinai, and surrounding Long Island communities.

We provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Some of our clinicians specialize in anxiety, depression, caregiver fatigue, gambling addiction, codependence, and navigating toxic relationships.

For added flexibility, we also offer secure telehealth sessions, allowing you to access care from anywhere in New York.

We are typically able to offer intake appointments within 1-2 weeks, and offer evening and weekend appointments.
