We provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for pre-teens, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families.

For added flexibility, we also offer secure telehealth sessions, allowing you to access care from anywhere in New York.

We are typically able to offer intake appointments within 1-2 weeks, and offer evening and weekend appointments.
